Core Capabilities
Residential construction
We have worked with some of New Zealand’s most discerning architects and clients to complete a large number of construction and renovation projects on exclusive properties throughout the upper North Island. We are immensely proud of the results generated by a process that allows for open communication, shared standards and alignment of care and craft. Many of our residential projects have required extremely high standards across often new, demanding and complex construction methods.
Commercial construction
We apply the same standard of craftsmanship to our commercial projects as we do our domestic projects – in many ways the importance of craft in creating unique and bespoke commercial premises is more pronounced as the engineering demands are often greater.
Project management
We pride ourselves on our open, honest and transparent approach to managing our projects. Open communication between us, our clients and their chosen architects helps ensure a streamlined result for our projects.
