The project involved an 890m² renovation of a historical home in Remuera, which included cabinetry, new electrical and plumbing systems, and decoration. A new subterranean gymnasium and wellness area, including a sauna, were also added. Key challenges included tight timeframes, managing imported finishes, and preserving the original finishes while successfully integrating new elements.
