This 260m² office fit-out is located in a heritage building on Shortland Street. The space was stripped back to bare concrete walls and floors before being transformed with a new fit-out. Key features include glass partitioning, oak floors, oversized zinc-clad pivot doors, as well as newly designed office spaces, a kitchen, and a bar area. The work was carried out within strict building guidelines to preserve the heritage of the structure.
