This new 650m² waterfront home is built on deep pilings with a primarily in-situ concrete construction, featuring concrete walls and decorative patterned mid floors/ceilings. The exterior is finished with European stone over a steel batten system, and a warm roof ensures protection against harsh coastal conditions. The key construction challenges included the in-situ concrete walls, ceilings, and the high level of finish required for the property.
